When we are faithful in the small and few the Lord not only rewards us, but gives us His joy. Rejoice in the day when men hate you because of Jesus or the kingdom of heaven sake for great shall be your reward.
Rejoice in the Lord always for He fills our minds and hearts with the peace of God. We glory in our infirmities and weakness that the power of Christ will rest upon us. Eschew evil and follow the good, rejoice for evermore.
When we love God, he causes all things to work together for our good. He knows what we need and when we need it for He sees us how we will be when we are full grown in Christ, a fully manifested son of God!
He gives us our requests, ask and you shall receive, that our joy may be fulfilled.
Mat 25:21 KJV His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.

Php 4:4-7 KJV Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice. (5) Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand. (6) Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. (7) And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

2Co 12:7-10 KJV And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure. (8) For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me. (9) And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. (10) Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.
We glory in our infirmities and weakness that the power of Christ will rest upon us.
1Th 5:15-16 KJV See that none render evil for evil unto any man; but ever follow that which is good, both among yourselves, and to all men. (16) Rejoice evermore.
Eschew evil and follow the good, rejoice for evermore.
Rom 8:27-30 KJV And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God. (28) And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. (29) For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. (30) Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.
Joh 16:22-24 RV And ye therefore now have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no one taketh away from you. (23) And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, If ye shall ask anything of the Father, he will give it you in my name. (24) Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be fulfilled.
He gives us our requests, ask and you shall receive, that our joy may be fulfilled.
