River of Life

The river of the water of life flows from the throne of God to bless His people.  The river of life springs forth from the belly of true believers coming directly from the throne of God.  Jesus is that bread of life and the Holy Spirit is that water of life, we eat and drink unto abundant and eternal life.

Jesus makes a way for us to enter into His kingdom, but we must do it His way and no other.  When we receive the gift of the Holy Spirit, Jesus creates a well of the water of life in our hearts where we can drink and give others so they can drink.  The bread that Jesus gives us to eat is symbolic of the word of God and the full gospel message.

We must dig for the truth which satisfies with each treasure of understanding bought with time and effort.  When we study and share the word of God it works within us to accomplish that inner transformation that pleases God.

Rev 22:1 RV  And he shewed me a river of water of life, bright as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb,

The river of the water of life flows from the throne of God to bless His people.

Joh 7:37-39 RV  Now on the last day, the great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.  (38)  He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.  (39)  But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believed on him were to receive: for the Spirit was not yet given; because Jesus was not yet glorified.

The river of life springs forth from the belly of true believers coming directly from the throne of God.

Joh 6:31-35 RV  Our fathers ate the manna in the wilderness; as it is written, He gave them bread out of heaven to eat.  (32)  Jesus therefore said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, It was not Moses that gave you the bread out of heaven; but my Father giveth you the true bread out of heaven.  (33)  For the bread of God is that which cometh down out of heaven, and giveth life unto the world.  (34)  They said therefore unto him, Lord, evermore give us this bread.  (35)  Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall not hunger, and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.

Jesus is that bread of life and the Holy Spirit is that water of life, we eat and drink unto abundant and eternal life.

Joh 10:7-10 RV  Jesus therefore said unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep.  (8)  All that came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them.  (9)  I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and go out, and shall find pasture.  (10)  The thief cometh not, but that he may steal, and kill, and destroy: I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly.

Jesus makes a way for us to enter into His kingdom, but we must do it His way and no other.

Joh 4:9-14 RV  The Samaritan woman therefore saith unto him, How is it that thou, being a Jew, askest drink of me, which am a Samaritan woman? (For Jews have no dealings with Samaritans.)  (10)  Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water.  (11)  The woman saith unto him, Sir, thou hast nothing to draw with, and the well is deep: from whence then hast thou that living water?  (12)  Art thou greater than our father Jacob, which gave us the well, and drank thereof himself, and his sons, and his cattle?  (13)  Jesus answered and said unto her, Every one that drinketh of this water shall thirst again:  (14)  but whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall become in him a well of water springing up unto eternal life.

When we receive the gift of the Holy Spirit, Jesus creates a well of the water of life in our hearts where we can drink and give others so they can drink.

Mat 26:26-29 RV  And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, and blessed, and brake it; and he gave to the disciples, and said, Take, eat; this is my body.  (27)  And he took a cup, and gave thanks, and gave to them, saying, Drink ye all of it;  (28)  for this is my blood of the covenant, which is shed for many unto remission of sins.  (29)  But I say unto you, I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine, until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father’s kingdom.

The bread that Jesus gives us to eat is symbolic of the word of God and the full gospel message.

Isa 55:1-2 RV  Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price.  (2)  Wherefore do ye spend money for that which is not bread? and your labour for that which satisfieth not? hearken diligently unto me, and eat ye that which is good, and let your soul delight itself in fatness.

We must dig for the truth which satisfies with each treasure of understanding bought with time and effort.

Isa 55:7-11 RV  let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.  (8)  For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.  (9)  For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.  (10)  For as the rain cometh down and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, and giveth seed to the sower and bread to the eater;  (11)  so shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

When we study and share the word of God it works within us to accomplish that inner transformation that pleases God.
